I actively facilitate transformational processes in individuals, groups and organisations.
Historically some of these positively impactful interventions have included helping individuals and their families with clinical presentations across a range of disorders.
My current work is focussed on people and groups who are foundationally well and wanting to operate at their peak, navigate transitions and juggle competing responsibilities.
